Reflect on how your personal learning network has changed and grown during the course of this workshop. Discuss your plans for how you plan to continue to grow your learning network and how you hope to contribute to the professional learning of your administrative colleagues. 

- Prior to this course, the only tool I used to grow my personal learning network is Twitter.  Which the sole purpose for my use is to promote the great activities and companies associated with our school district.  However, through this course, I have learned how to effectively use blogging and podcasting to keep my personal learning network informed about our district. 

My plan moving forward is to increase my usage of blogging and podcasting to keep the academy specialists and administrators in our district aware of what is happening in our academies.  I will also use these tools to inform parents, businesses, and other stakeholders about academies with information that would useful to each of these groups.
